The games tests your knowledge of which foods or lifestyle habits will make you healthier or contribute to disease and shorten your life span. Items will appear randomly from various directions. You must choose between good foods/lifestyle items that contribute to health - put them into the mouth and score healthy points. Bad foods/lifestyle items that contribute to disease - you need to throw them into the bin. If any bad items hit the heart you will accumulate unhealthy points that will shorten your lifespan and you loose. If you accumulate enough unhealthy points - disease conditions will start to appear.

You may advance to another stage once you beat the previous highest score in that level.

You may choose at which level you want to start playing. It is recommended that you choose the easiest level first and then advance further as you gain more skill and knowledge.
