How to get this working.
First you will need, Zooper pro, media utilities and Nova.
Your Nova settings need to be like this,
-No margins
-No dock
-No notification bar
-Widget overlap on

Install media utilities and go to settings,
The apk you installed you will find in the Zooper widget, place a zooper widget on your empty screen, resize to
full size.
Click on the widget, now you will see the skin you downloaded in the list, click on it, click again on the picture.
Now you got a few options like, Location, scaling etc, set like you want, or test the theme first like it is.
If all works fine you can go to the option (Widget OnTap Action) and hit Disabled Locked.
